“Motorcycle Rental Requirements in Japan”
1 Valid motorcycle license from your home country. Must cover motorcycles (not just cars). Temporary, paper-only, or provisional licenses are not accepted
2 An International Driving Permit (IDP) under the Geneva Convention of 1949 must be issued in your home country by the country’s official authority. Must clearly show the “A” or motorcycle category. Must be in booklet form (not printed pages or digital)
3 Passport
1 National motorcycle license
2 Japanese translation issued by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF)
3 Passport
Valid SOFA license or
Active Military ID + Stateside Motorcycle License

Cancellation Policy
1. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
2. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 6 days or less before the event
3. We will charge a cancellation fee of 30% if booking is cancelled 29 days or less before the event
4. If you do not have the required documents to operate a motorcycle in Japan on the day of your ride, we will not be able to offer a refund.
