Requirements to Rent

You must bring original hard copies of all three of the following:

1.Valid motorcycle license from your home country. Must cover motorcycles (not just cars). Temporary, paper-only, or provisional licenses are not accepted

2.An International Driving Permit (IDP) under the Geneva Convention of 1949 must be issued in your home country by the country’s official authority. Must clearly show the “A” or motorcycle category. Must be in booklet form (not printed pages or digital)

3.Passport 

If you were the riders from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco then you will need original hard copies of all three of the following:

1.National motorcycle license

2.Japanese translation issued by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF)→ Apply online here

3.Passport

If you were US Military Personnel:

・Valid SOFA license or Stateside Motorcycle License + Active Military ID

Or Japanese Automobile Driver’s License:

 

Insurance Coverage
